Bonnie Reiss Fellowship

As a Bonnie Reiss Sustainable Food Fellow, I worked with the UC San Diego Health Food and Nutrition Team to increase marketing around the hospital of sustainable accomplishments, reduced plastic water bottle usage by nearly 100% and am currently working on increasing the return rate of Dispatch Goods reusable dish-ware.
